Maiden surname on passport

I have a problem regarding my surname (maiden) which is on my passport (it's valid to 2019 do I didnt wan to change it).

Should I apply to EE by that surname or my married surname (legally changed, on my ID card and other documents except passport)??

You should create your Express Entry profile using the name that appears on your passport.

Agreed, use the name on your passport as your primary name, and your married name in the "other names" field.
