Made this mistake on my application ? What to do ?

Hi just validated mycic applications today on all the uploaded information i put my name on the forms except one form I put my middle name ,so for instance on all the forms I have put the name kurt Barrett but on one form I have my name as kurt Martin Barrett which is my full name but not on my passport , my passport says kurt Barrett ...any ideas ??

Uploaded information? I don't understand.

Complete and validate the form again. Send the new copy.

You can correct it and re-validate the form if you have not filed yet. You can validate the form as many time as you want. but make sure you send the one last validated. If im wrong, please correct me seniors!!!
