Hi guys,

I need advice on the mistake I made in Schedule A form.

CIC asked for to provide all information about me (dependent) for period 05/23/14 - 09/10/18 in Schedule A form.

I provided the address between 05/23/14 - 09/10/18 correctly but made mistake in an address before 05/23/14. I provided the correct "from" date in the previous address but made mistake in "To" date. Basically, the date is not matching with the date I mentioned in the checklist. What should I do?

I can't resubmit the form.

Basically you made a mistake in providing dates for a period which they did not ask for. Not sure why you provided outside of what they asked for. It should not matter much I believe but only way to provide it again is by raising a CSE with that form again.

Because when I looked at the Schedule A, it says provide last 10 years of resident proof that's why I provided as per Schedule A instructions. My tax returns, pay stubs etc. shows the same residential address which I have mentioned and I still have that house, however, I got a rental apartment nearby my work and stayed there for some time. I did mention that in a checklist questionnaire but didn't realize that when I was filling out Schedule A. Do you think it creates a serious issue or misrepresentation?

They should go with what you filled in schedule A.
