Made Fixed deposit of Savings in saving account post OINP application submission

Asking on behalf of my friend, he submitted oinp- hcp application. He provides a bank letter having proof of funds in savings account during his application submission. But now he had to make FD of that amount on his same bank account (due to some reasons). Is it ok to make FD of settlement funds after application submission. Or there would be any trouble (like any mismatch with bank letter provided) during funds verification by OINP in coming time.
Please answer anyone.
Urgently need suggestions on this.
