M.Eng. Telecommunication or Embedded Systems? and Where?

Hi all,
I am in confusion whether to take up MEng Telecommunications or Embedded Systems. I heard many ECE students studying abroad prefer Telecommunications but Embedded systems seems to be a rewarding field for personal growth.

Any idea which is trending in Canada?

Also any idea where to study Telecommunication and Embedded systems? Which province is better?
