Lucky Mississauga Applicants

Does anyone know why some outland applications get forwarded to mississauga and get DM within a month or two , while others get forwarded to visa posts abroad for a much more through review ? It seems to me the decision on where to forward is likely made in sydney but what guides their decision? Are the applications going to mississauga one’s with all four relationship questions on IMM 5532 answered ‘yes’? Does anyone have an answer? Thanks .

At the moment it seems that only Indian and US or other western countries applications are sent to Mis.a. Others are sent to their regional VO no matter how simple their cases are. This is my observation anyway but might be wrong.

I would love to know the answer to this as well. I have not see any Middle East applicants sent to Mississauga so I am not holding my breath.

Maybe they just take a bunch and do them super fast to drive the average wait time down. Doesn’t seem fair though.
