I have a query regarding lower grades in 12th standard, i scored 53% in 12th, and have 17 marks in economics but still passed because of additional subject social science.. and i am also graduated with 50% marks so is there any chance of getting visa of canada

Are you asking about a study permit? If so, it will likely be quite difficult to get an approved study permit with marks that low. It would be best if you completed another year of schooling in your home country and achieve higher marks before applying to Canada. If you really want to apply now, then I would recommend you achieve a strong IELTS score (at least 6.5 in each category).
