Low Income Cut-Off for Super Visa

Hello,

To be eligible to invite my parents to Canada on a super visa, my income need to pass the "Low Income Cut-Off".
My question is, for how many years does my income need to pass the "Low Income Cut-Off"?
I did not work full time in 2022 and the 2022 NOA income is barely meeting the requirement.
However, if I show the employment verification letter from my current employer(for which I am working as full time regular employee), the current expected annual income for 2023 can pass the "Low Income Cut-Off" with good margin.
Would you think submitting the employment verification letter be good enough to pass the income cut-off?

Thank you

LICO is based on income earned that year not salary. Typically for a supervisa IRCC prefers to see NOA but you can try to submit records of all your salary payments this year until November. Your employer should be able to provide records of how much you have been paid until the current pay period in 2023. If denied I would apply when you have NOA2023.

Based on your previous posts you may have been out of the country for an extended amount of time. When was that? IRCC also typically wants to see that you have established yourself in Canada before your parents come for a visit to make sure no parent is trying to move to Canada with their child.
