What are your IELTS scores if you don't mind sharing ? There are cases where VO have rejected file on the basis of language skills stating they don't feel you will be able to complete the program due to poor language skills.

L-7.0
R-5.0
W-6.0
S-5.5
Wondering why VO would reject since college accepted and passed their entrance test

hm, even college accepted this results dude ? I am applying under Non-Sds

Are you from a native English speaking country? I guess no. Now as they said, chance of rejection is higher than acceptance as mode of lectures in Canada is English. Now in class, you must communicate with English and your speaking is very low at 5.5, so VO might wonder, how then will you be able to communicate and others able to hear you. Then reading again is way low. VO will still wonder how you can be able to read when your IELTS reading is low. So please do not delay your application by arguing but jst go for another IELTS to improve your score. But still the decision is yours and luck can be on your side and you get approved. All the best bro

you are right friend. I would try to face IELTS again. However I asked my college to provide that mentioned in a letter that I passed the college entrance exam and the current Ielts score would be enough. you think it would ok? as I passed the entrance test

Well I guess passing the entrance exam is for the school to give you acceptance. But for IRCC, is all about to know if you can communicate and read well in while in Canada studying and as well living in canada. They don't look at your IELTS just for you to attend school, cos you won't spend the entire 1 or 2 yrs of studies only in the institution. You will surely mingle and move around, so if your IELTS is low, VO might think, how them will you cope outside of your institution even though your institution said that your IELTS is ok. and again is in Quebec and am not sure you can't speak French either.
