Low IELTS 5.5 options

Hi All,

I have a around 70% in my Bachelors but my IELTS score is 5.5. I have taken the exam 2 times and dont plan to tak any more. Can any one help me in finding any college in Canada. Near Toronto is better since I have my brother there.

even post secondary course requires 6 overall...better you try to score more next time.
