low grade profile will help me get admission in masters?

hi, I have really low undergrad grades.
matric: 40 percent
ICS: 40 percent
BSCS: 3.8 GPA

I'm looking for studying MSCS or any masters degree related to CS
Is there any university that can give me admission in Canada?

Isn't it only your Bachelor's degree that matters for a Master's admission? And you have a GPA of 3.8 (assuming 4.0 grading)?
