Low GPA in BE Mechanical/Industrial Engg (Want to get admission in M.Engg)

Can anyone tell me specifically related to Mechanical or Industrial M.Eng University with low GPA? Where we can get admission with GPA 2.5 or second division in Canadian university?

I have short listed few universities where i have sent email and got feedback they will consider Industrial Experience.

1. Memorial University (newfoundland)
2. University of Western Ontario
3. Victoria (British Columbia)

Guys, kindly let me know basis of your experiences, where I have better chances to get admission?
