Low CGPA, Is it possible to get chance for Masters? Please help!

Hi!
I have completed Industrial Production Engineering four years back with a very low CGPA of 2.59 out of 4.00 as I had some serious family issues. Had very good educational record in both secondary and higher secondary studies (GPA 5.00 out of 5.00 in both). Now I am currently working in a MNC as an Industrial Engineer for four years. I have IELTS 8.00 with no band lower than 7.00.
In my professional career, I have some very good achievements including successfully designing and manufacturing two one of a kind machines for industrial automation, which also supports my good knowledge about my core subject.
Now I want to go for higher education possibly in Industrial Engineering MSc/MEngg.
a. Is it possible for me to get admitted myself in at least average Canadian Universities?
b. If yes, then would you please suggest me which universities I should go for?
c. What steps I should take for my targets to be achieved?

I dont think it will be a big problem. Just stick to that master's degree that you are targeting. You will need to write a very very strong SOP and provide info about your low grades. explain future plans and show good finances.

Can you please name some in which post grad in engineering subjects are available?

for colleges in ontario check : ontariocolleges.ca. for universities : decide what you want to study and in which province first and then accordingly google it.
