Hi.
Thanks for person who gonna take time to answer me. I am from quebec, Canada.
Right now I live in Panama, but nobody knows ( government or whatever )

What I want to know is :
-How can I know if my diplome from Panama gonna be recognize when I come back in Canada ( Im in a private university, Interamericana ). Its is in accountant.
-What are the consequence to married someone from Panama ( consequence for me, what are goign to be different for my taxes, adress etc ). To have a double citizen.
-Do I have to tell someone that I want to study 3 years here , and after come back in Quebec and study in something else. And Who. Do I have to change my adress, to tell the minister or government or someone.
- What is the minimum salary from quebec that I need to do for be a sponsor exactly. I am only me and I want to sponsor the guys from Panama, no kids in that situation ( Yes I will married and wait 1 years, continue to school here ).
-If I come back in 3 years can I come back,. go school, work , have my healt insurance everything, because its like study over sea.
-My passport from Canadagonna expired in 8 months, is it possible to take picture and here in panama and and have a new one here in Panama.

Because of Canada, none. As a citizen, you can live where you want to. If you are not residing in Canada, you let CRA know and ask for yourself to be considered non resident for tax purposes and then you do not have to file taxes in Canada. If you are living in Canada, you must file. As for Panama, I have no idea if they request that you file taxes if you are not living there. I suggest you ask their revenue services.

No, you do not have to tell anyone.

The guys? You mean your husband? There is no specific income requirement for spouses but if you have absolutely no income, they may want to know how you will support yourself.

As a Canadian citizen, you are free to come back any time, go to school or work. As for health insurance, you may have lost it because you left for so long but then you just register for it again after your move. In Quebec, there is a 3 month wait for health insurance if you are moving there.
