I am in desperate need of advice. I am currently in the Middle East and flying to Canada tomorrow. I am an international student studying in Guelph, ON and I am unable to locate my original study permit page. I have a decent photocopy of it, along with a valid work permit, a G1 license and a SIN number. I even have my university acceptance letters. Will these documents and a photocopy of my study permit be enough for them to let me through. This has never happened to me before and I don't know what to do?

On which visa are you entering Canada? On your work visa or your student visa? If you are entering on your student visa, the officer does check your original student permit, which they usually attach with your passport on your first entry. It is really strange that you have lost your student permit.
