Hi All,

I worked 3 years in NOC A immediately after I graduated from university and then resigned. this was 6 years ago. Now I lost the experience letter/reference letter of that company. And the worst is that this company is no more exist and closed. How to fix this.

I have the signed contract

8 years,, 3 years in NOC A and the rest 5 years is in NOC C...

You can exclude that work from work history and add it to your personal history. Use the one you have reference letter.

Sorry i didnt read noc c.

So you have no documents whatsoever in noc a?

Signed contract would be fine if it meets all the duties and conditions according to your job description in NOC which could be used for a reference and any other types of taxes paid...
Good luck...... :) :)

Signed contract is not enough as it doesn't indicates for how long applicant worked at this position and what duties s/he performed.

yes, this is the only NOC A
If you are not able to get a reference letter from former HR, you can try to get it from your former co-workers/managers. It would be helpful to get some confirmation from government services as well (like LOE in Canada). Combinations of these documents should be enough.

if he is not able to obtain ref. letter or other needed docs then contract letter will at least do something because it shows that for how long was contract for..or duration of employment in contract.....
