Hello,
my family and I became permnent reidents in Canada in 2006, our older son joined uiversity in Canada in 2008 and is a regular student till now. I was not able to find work in Canda that pays enoughto cover my expenses, specially with the economic downturn in 2008-2010.I had to work in middle east to earnmy wadges. In July 2011, our PR cards were due to expire and an immigration officer issued a departure form for me, my wif and two yougner children. Officers told us we can apply again but we have to go through the whole immigration process from the beginning.
Is this true...? Will we be able to re-aplly for Permamnent Residence again...?
will our fialure to comply with the 740 days during the first 5 years have an impact on our new applications ?
thanks
