Lost PR card outside canada_can i apply for PR Card

I have lost mine PR card outside canada and have an PRTD application in process. However, I am not sure how much time it will take, so, can I also apply for a PR card as well and have it delivered to my Canadian address and later ask someone to courier me overseas.
