Lost PR card outside Canada while active citizenship application

Should I be updating my citizenship application via webform as I have lost my PR card outside Canada on a vacation or wait until til I hear for my urgent PRTD application.

There should be no need to update your Citizenship application... If you have notified them that you left Canada, wait for your PRTD, return to Canada and apply for a new PR card... They have access to all this data

I did called IRCC the day I left Canada and informed them of my dates of travel already.
Additionally, I did sent an email to delhi@international.gc.ca and received auto response to contact via webform as the emails might get deleted.
So, I tried to send a webform but i don't know the reason to select from the list as there is nothing mentioned about PRTD specifically and since there is no PRTD application number I don't know how exactly I can inform them of lost card thru webform. It's almost been a week already.
I am assuming that by applying PRTD it automatically conveys that I aminforming them of lost card, or should I be informing this separately?
