Hi all,
1- My wife and kid misplaced their PR card ,and we can't find them. we booked tickets on 15 may, we are PR since 2013 ,my wife and kid now going to Canada for good, but how can we go on board with PR card, we still have the COPR papers,are they enough for travel, or shall I have to contact Canadian embassy to get a TRP, and how long does it take..!!
2- i want to go back uae to because of my other new born kid after we got our PR status in 2013,I want to stay with them till my wife applies for PR for our kids back in UAE,but the problem is i will violate the residency requirement as i cant complete the 730 days , so is there any exceptions where I can still have my PR status which will expire on July 2018.
3- If I exit from Quebec or US-CA borders by land, will the CIC or CBSA register my name and PR number,and maybe they will revok my PR once I return later on after we got the PR for our kid in UAE.
4- how long will it take to get a new PR for an outside of Canada born child for PR parents,especially if they not working in Canada,?
5- is there a minimum fund requirement for sponsoring a new born child outside of Canada for PR parents, I remember when we first applied for PR there was a scale for minimum fund required depending on the total numbers of the familiy, will the same scale be used in our case.

our plan is for my wife and 1 son to stay permenantely in Canada since we been out of canada for 3 years and in this May we will complete the residency requiremet to be out of canada, i can't leave my job at the moment,i need to finance my family and its difficult finding job in Canada becuz of the low oil prices,since i am in the engineering field , I was thinking to come out through the usa- canada borders or through quebec then return to uae,
