lost passport with visa

hello everyone..

we are looking for help for any advises on what we should do on our son's lost passport with visa on it.

we just got approved as PR.. our passport is ready as suppose to be we are leaving by september 13, 2017.
unfortunately someone steal my bag inside our house and my sons passport was there..

we are so confuse now on how to replace the visa because we are still on going process of the passport replacement..

would replacement of the visa takes days? since our visa is expiring by september 16, 2017.

please help us

we already did but still no response and we only have now a limited days remaining before our flight. our passport will only be release on sept. 12. our flight is on sept 13

Those who have Visa, definitely go Canada within time frame. After reaching there, tell your problem and try to find a solution. Do not left the Visa empty.
