Lost passport. How to apply for TRV outside canada.

im an international student in canada since 2019. I lost my passport with valid student visa. I did two semesters (in 2019) in yorkville university then left and restarted my study in jan’21. Now I am in india and trying to apply trv. Should I mention my previous college and will it be an issue that i left the college and had gap then started my study again. I have valid study permit. My question is how to apply for visa stamp and what all should i mention since I am a returning student.

If you stopped studying for a year then your study permit was most likely automatically canceled and is no longer valid.

Most likely you will need to apply for a new study permit.
