Sure you can, and also order a duplicate from WES if need be.

Thanks for your quick reply...in that case I'll use the printed soft copy..but I couldn't understand what is the (extra)additional copy mean with duplicate copy that charges extra 30cad?

It's only $30 if you want it couriered to you. It really sounds like what you need is the online version and the one that CIC can access, so I just opted for the $7 option for regular mail.

The duplicate will be a copy of the same report that you lost, which will be couriered to you at a cost (if you are outside Canada).

Note: The Hard copy that WES couriers has a stamp on it whereas the soft copy(PDF) dosen't.
