i had an Indian passport which had Canadian visa until march 2013
but i lost my passport
i wanna know exactly which form is to be filled to get my visa reissued?

i have an emergency situation so please help me asap.

You don't need to go back and don't even think about going back in this situation, first inform your embassy in canada so that they can issue you a new passport off course for that you need to fulfill all the documentation requirements when they issue you a new one then contact CHC and inform them about your circumstances and give them a valid reason like the cause of how you lost your passport.
I sure hope so that you have photocopies of your lost passport, otherwise you are in a real mess.

Hi,

You can get a new passport from the Indian Embassy (Canada). Refer official website of the Indian embassy for the exact procedure.

1. Anyway, first (the most important step) you must report your case to the police and get one ‘copy of police report’.

2. As a second step, you need to apply for your study permit ‘with in Canada’. There is one process for the lost cases (IMM 5545)

3. If it’s not possible to get TRV with step 2, you need to apply for a TRV (Temporary Resident Visa) at;

-Canadian visa office at Buffalo, USA (via online)
-or, CHC (Delhi), in case you are in India.
