Lost my Canadian refugee travel document and my pr

Hey everyone,
I'll try to make this post as short as it can.
So I've my refugee travel document and pr card stolen while in a trip in Spain.
I've tried several times to contact ircc and the Canadian embassy in both Madrid and Paris but with no help.

Have already applied for PRTD but it needs a travel document to be stamped on.

What do you guys think is the right way to obtain a travel document, or an emergency travel document aka single journey travel document?

You’ll need a temporary travel document to travel home. Are you close to Madrid? If so I would try to go in person. Do you still have pictures of your documents? That can be helpful.
