I have lost my marksheet for my first 2 years. I need to get a duplicates so that I can get them attested. Anyone knows of local agency in India who will help to get them. I do not have any family or friends in Delhi who can help me. As part of their procedure DU says
"Verify the filled document from the Head of the Department / The Principal of College or Institution with stamp and signature."
How the hell are you supposed to do that if you are overseas? Where is the email support? None of the foreign universities or colleges have this idiotic requirement
