Hi All,
I have lost my rejection letter and I don't have application number, or anything, I just have my passport number and date when I applied for visa application. Now I want to generate GCMS (caips notes). Please help me on how can I get caips notes?

Regards,
Jony Dhawan

Your best bet might be to call IRCC.

As long as you can provide them with your personal identification, they should be able to access your previous application and hopefully tell you uci number that way.

It might be a bit of a hit and miss as far as getting a helpful person on the phone but definitely worth a try.

Thanks Andre_Smol, actually my parents in law have lost their UCI number and they are again applying for visa for that they need Caips notes, can you tell me if I can call them and ask for UCI number or my parents in law have to call them?

They might have to call by themselves but again, my best advice would be to just call and see if they are willing to give out the UCI number over the phone at all.

Just give them a call and you should be able to find out what option you have from the IRCC contact.
