Loss of DD in return application

I had applied for Canadian PR under your "Federal Skilled Workers Application" program per NOC 2147. I was advised that my application has been rejected owing to the cap of 300 applications in IT category been filled.

My application was mailed back to me along with the letter of rejection, however the CAN 550 Demand Draft which was part of the same was missing in the returned package.
I have mailed the CIC team in the address "cio-sydney-search-enquiry@cic.gc.ca" but have not received any reply yet.
Could you please help me how i can get in touch with the CIC team.I am not able to get the money credited back to my account :'(

two things are there
1) CIC will reply withing 15-20 days but as per me they will not take any responsibility
2) you inform your bank how to stop that DD and refund back to your account form photo copy/DD number, bankar can do that

This is not a big issue, you can just ask directly from the bank about the lost DD procedure, they will ask u to fill some form etc, may be they will apply some fee and its done
