Job Offer........
Pre-Assessed..
I always worry and this is one of the things that has had me thinking about. what would happen in the case of halfway through your application you were let or fired either due to lack of work or it just not working out? and you had an application for cec inland pending.
When you inform cic would your case be cancelled? i imagine it would as your 600 extra points is going for lmia and job offer.
Love to hear your taughts on this and did it happen to anyone on forum here what was outcome? :)

Job Offer........

Losing a job after eAPR/AOR would have the following effect.

1. LMIA job offer applicants - their whole application is contingent on that job. They would, arguably, still be fine IF they lose that job after the PR decision is made but their application will be refused if they lose the job before that.

2. PNP applicants - Some provinces have a mandate that the applicant must hold a job in the province to either qualify or get additional points for eligibility. Unlike LMIA applicants, these applicants aren't in a binary state. They can still appeal to the PN authorities if they lose their job (or in some cases not volunteer such information if they can get another job quickly before their PR decision is made) and ask for extension/support and there could exist a possibility that they get a positive reply. Ideally, CIC wouldn't even look into the job situation for such applicants because they have 600 additional points in the system.

3. Inland applicants (CEC/FSW) - Losing a job could possibly affect their immediate status in the country depending on their work authorization but it won't affect their PR application at all as it is not contingent on them holding their jobs beyond getting their ITA as their CRS score and program eligibility is tied to their past not their present status.

4. Outland applicants (CEC/FSW) - No difference at all to the processing of their PR applications.
