I would make a broad estimate based on a few factors:
- People who don't have issues are much less likely to sign up to the forum to ask questions.
- Cancellations tend to get more attention than successes as they scare people.
- People who are cancelled will have a much more prolonged life on the forum on average (sticking around to see if they get reopened, discussing their re-application, etc.)
- The fact that there have been TONS of successful PRs on the forum inspite of all the above.
...that the proportion of cancellations is probably 10% or lower compared to eventual success. Not sure but I'd take a guess at that.
So yep there have been successes, a lot. Just make sure you do everything you're asked, double and triple check everything you send and relax.
