I am starting Criminal Rehabilitation application, I have a few questions.
if the applicant's conviction was an indictable offence (selling illegal substance) and it was more than 10 years ago,
the Canadian consulate website states that if it has been over 10 years u are considered deemed rehabilitated and don't need to file for this anymore.
But reading around I see the people are still applying for it,
so why is that ? Am I missing something ? Am I reading it wrong ??
THANK YOU!
