I have 7 years+ for working in Software Development, how can I look for the company can sponsor visa in Canada.

No jobs or employers on this forum and unless you have unique skills not available in Canada it is almost impossible to get any company to sponsor an LMIA application for anyone not already in Canada. Still welcome to check out sites such as INDEED or LINKEDIN might be lucky and find an exception
