Looking for sponsership

Hi,

I am 26 years old guy landed Canada(Toronto) last week on student permit.I have 4.5 years of IT experience(JAVA /J2EE Developer) with TOP Indian Companies.
Is there a way I can find some sponsors who can Get me a work permit straight way through interviews.Any leeds to the list of the consultant who can help me to find a company ?
