Looking for rent in Toronto For Oct 2014 long term.

I'm looking for an affordable accommodation around these area: Don Mills/Sheppard - Victoria Park/Sheppard, Finch - Yonge/Finch or East York. I need either a big room or a bachelor. Any other area east of Yonge may be considered. No basement.
I'm a single male but my mom comes over from overseas sometimes. No smoking, no pet, no party, no noise.

Don Mills and Sheppard is not affordable anymore.

How much can you afford?

Best site for rentals is viewit.ca as buildings are run by property management companies so the maintenance is decent and there is no price gouging really.
