Looking for Operational Bulletin/ Operational Manual

Hello everyone,

This is probably for all those who rigorously follow the operational bulletins and operational manuals.

some time back on this forum (posted by a forum member) was a link to an operational bulletin. I cant seem to find it now both here and at CIC. May be I missing something.

I remember what it included though. Somewhere in the manual it talked about and instructed local offices to schedule tests/etc while processing RQ and undergoing clearances. It talked about RQ files marked with a sticker etc.

Hope this helps. If the person who initially posted that OB/OM reading this, I would appreciate if you can post a link to it again.

All public manuals and bulletins are here:

However, more bulletins, especially those related to RQ, were not openly shared with the public and had
to be requested via ATIP. For RQ, they are gathered on this site:

As I had already mentioned I have actually read over the OB/OP right here on this forum as it was referenced by someone on a thread. My bad that I didn't bookmark etc. it. I am aware of the CIC's link where all the OB's are and have checked there as well. Since I do not know that name of the OB it was extremely difficult to find. That is why I mentioned what was in the OB so that people who avidly read OB's here (I know there are some, I can tell by their replies and referencing to OB's) can help me find it.
That particular OB was public information.
