Looking for ARC Consultant/Lawyer in Vancouver Surrey area

Hello!

I need to file for an Authorization to return to Canada, on my dads behalf.
Does anyone have recommendation for a consultant or lawyer in the lower mainland area
that knows that side of immigration work?
