Looking for a employer who applies sponsorship

Hi I am looking for a job actually an employer who will apply for nomination or can upgrade a position to skilled one. Currently, I am working in a fast food restaurant and the employer I am working with right now does not have nominee his temporary workers. I am really hard working, career minded, and skillful but it seemed to be that my current employer is numb to appreciate my effort. I have an experienced several years in warehouse as well. Anyone what company I am preferred to be with?

Do you charge a fee to find someone a job?

It depends. If someone has a kindly offered me a job without paying agent I would very much appreciated though, I know how to make process of work permit application why not. Hopefully I could find in this forum a good employer responding on my work needs.

There aren't jobs on this forum. You should check job boards.

I checked the link on that guy's signature and they charge fees. You should research agencies that charge fees before you sign up with one, because no one can guarantee you a job.

How sad. :'( I really need a job because I'm always getting under time and need to move another much better job or good paying job. I'm the only bread winner in the family out of 9 siblings including support to my niece' schooling

yes but my manager said the store can only nominee one contract worker at a time and I was the third contract worker who came there. I'm just wasting my time in vain. I am definitely not considered to be promoted yet candidate to be nominee coz someone ahead of me that is why am planning to move another better employer in despite of, under time reason as well.

Look for a skilled job, but keep this job for now. At least you are in queue and your employer sponsors.

yes, I've posted my resume ad though in kijiji but I was looking for direct employer as well. I think there's no guarantee or 50/50 chances are that, someone will interest the post we advertised in kijiji. Isn't it?

I've never gotten a serious reply from Kijiji. I started applying directly with employers. My situation isn't so desperate, though. My husband has a good job .

Have you considered oil field work? It's hard but you'll make a lot of money. I know 20 year olds that own their own houses because of it.

yes i know about oil field work earns 6o per hour and as much bigger. Big time isn't it? but i know getting into that place needs strong skills and trade but me as an intermediate class needs rigid training first. If there will be a maintenance labor available just to penetrate oil and gas i will do then, I should do consistent upgrade training followed by.
