Hello, i would like to know if someone could help me with my question. I opened my Online Application on 15 February 2021 03:04:43 p.m. EST. On March 3rd I did my biometric and since then I haven't received any news about it. I checked the applications status on the webpage and the date that i sent my request has already passed and i still didn't get any update. If possible I would like to know if this wait is normal due to the covid or if there is any problem with my application. and if it is, where could i ask for help. i tried so far 3 different emails contacts, including my CVC, and none of then could help my case. Should i wait more or should i begin to be worry?
