Hi, flying from Pearson to US is expensive so many go to buffalo airport and fly from there. If someone need to choose this option can you advice the best way to commute to Buffalo airport.

Option 1: take taxi to and fro (need to know the rates?)

Option2: take your car and park at buffalo airport (risk involved if you go and all the long term parking spot is full... what is the risk to park your car for 1 week at the airport without shaded parking. Can it give any risk and what will be the parking rate for 1 week parking)

Option3: Please advice where to park car at cheap rate and also be safe parking.

Hi, flying from Pearson to US is expensive so many go to buffalo airport and fly from there. If someone need to choose this option can you advice the best way to commute to Buffalo airport.

Option 1: take taxi to and fro (need to know the rates?)

Option2: take your car and park at buffalo airport (risk involved if you go and all the long term parking spot is full... what is the risk to park your car for 1 week at the airport without shaded parking SFO rates? Can it give any risk and what will be the parking rate for 1 week parking)

If you're considering flying from Buffalo Niagara International Airport (BUF) instead of Pearson International Airport (YYZ) and are looking for the best commuting options and parking choices, here's some advice for each option:

Option 1: Take a Taxi

Taking a taxi to and from the airport is convenient but can be costly. Rates for taxi services can vary, and it's a good idea to check with local taxi companies or ridesharing services like Uber or Lyft for current pricing. Make sure to factor in both directions of travel.

Option 2: Park at Buffalo Airport

Parking at Buffalo Airport is a common choice. There is a long-term parking option at the airport, and while it's generally a safe choice, it can fill up during busy travel times. It's advisable to check the airport's website or contact them for information on availability and rates. Leaving your car in an open-air parking lot for a week should not pose significant risks if you take normal precautions, but you may want to invest in a car cover or sunshade to protect your vehicle from the elements.

Option 3: Off-Site Parking

If you're looking for a cost-effective and safe parking option, consider off-site parking facilities near Buffalo Airport. These facilities often provide shuttle services to the airport and can be more affordable than parking at the airport itself. Some well-known off-site parking options in the area include The Parking Spot and Preflight Airport Parking. These facilities typically have covered parking options and can offer competitive weekly rates.

Keep in mind that the availability and rates at off-site parking facilities can also vary, so it's a good idea to check their websites or contact them directly for the most up-to-date information.

Ultimately, the best option for you may depend on your budget, convenience, and personal preferences. It's a good idea to plan ahead and make reservations when possible, especially during peak travel seasons, to ensure a hassle-free experience.
