I Immigrated from the United states about ten years ago. I want to know what Canadian law states about Immigrants who are from the states, who can work back in there homeland, in my case, the US, to pursue a temporary job up to one year. I like living here, but the job difficulties of finding work are really something else "those who are reading this, from another country, think twice about immigrating to Vancouver BC region"
Anyway, I would plan on, if possible, to fly in to be with the wife on some weekends. What does Canadian immigration law say about this? And yes, I would be splitting my income tax between both countries as I already know this.
Thanks much.
