Please advise on the following…
My husband has been approved as a BC PNP candidate in regional pilot entrepreneur immigration program and we signed an agreement with BC and received confirmation letter, then we applied for our work permit through IRCC online. We also applied visitor visa for our daughter and submit all applications together.
Now there are two questions:
1-It is about 14 months that we have submitted our applications ,but didn’t received any answer from IRCC. We sent two webform meanwhile, they replied that our applications are still in process !!!
Is there anybody among you guys that have the same problem. What should we do? any recommendations ?
We have asked for GCMS note too, but haven’t received the answer yet.
2-My daughter was under 22 when my husband submitted his registration to BC ,but due to COVID-19 it took a long time for processing and receiving confirmation letter from BC, so when we applied for visa she was above 22 , I am not sure that she’s still a dependent and the officer give her visa?
