London VO - why no DMs since December 2015?

I've been looking at some of the spreadsheets here for apps being processed at LVO, and I don't know if I'm looking at the wrong sheets or whether people haven't been updating their rows, but it seems that there haven't been any DMs from this visa office since December 2015. Three months have passed and I have no clue what they're doing in there. Did all the LVO officers go on vacation?

what i'm saying is that the majority of LVO applicants that applied up until september 2015 got their DMs within 4-5 months. after september there was a sudden change; anyone that applied during or after october 2015 hasn't had any communication from LVO. one october 2015 applicant ordered gcms notes and found that they hadn't even touched their file... everything had a "not started" status and the file status was marked as "put away".

Applicants are getting DM's but excel sheet is not updated lately.

London has taken over for a few other VO's. For example just today a Pakistan application was transferred to London! CIC has changed the way they process applications, which is why there is no individual processing times anymore

i know that. as PPM has already mentioned, LVO has been processing all pakistani apps since 2013.

Yes they are on leave now. the oct applicants gcms notes says that they hdnt even touched the file yet this means they are doing nothing. For Pakistani applicants they process only 1-2 cases in a whole month. If they are really busy and are having bundles of applications to process than they should hire more officers instead of keeping the files in their shelves for months and months and we keep on waiting and thinking that what the hell are they doing with our files. Come on man at least they should show us the exact picture as to what are they doing and on which files they currently are working so that we can wait for our turns.Its really depressing.

Guys, let's all play nice. Stick to the topic which is very important since I'm a December 2015 applicant as well and I hate going to the Pakistani Sponsor LVO thread since it's so confusing.

I agree, either applications aren't getting processed or the spreadsheet isn't getting updated. So, we need clarity. Anyone?

ok, so i think that we're setting our expectations based on cases that are processed faster, instead of cases that are processed within the average time (9 months).

look at the spreadsheet again. i said that october applicants aren't getting DMs, but if you go further back, you'll find july, august, and september applicants that also don't have their DMs. if we want a "marker" of which batch LVO is currently giving DMs to, then that'd be August 2015.

I wouldn't hold my breath thinking you will be processed in 9 months. Just look at my timeline from LVO

You can't get the real picture just from this forum or the spreadsheets. There are thousands of Pakistani applicants being processed at lvo, what you see in this forum is likely less than 1% of total applications.
