Canadian Immigration system is nothing bust shambles! I applied for EA assessment for Australian Skilled Immigration and guess what! They sorted everything in 4 weeks time! I shall apply for state sponsorship now which takes another 2 months. All together its a 8 months procedure and I cant believe what sort of imbeciles Canadians have recruited in the visa offices! Their strategy is to introduce a new program every year and extort money out of people!(WES is an example!) : @

Yes, I do confirm but I recieved only 4 separate e-mails having attachments as Medical forms for all family members, but not any other e-mail / instructions. Yes in pdf attachment there were instructions but only related to medical examination, I think I should wait for some time for any other e-mail

Any idea what does this mean? Because no email has come from LVO and only this line gets added...Plz guide me on this.

Dear aami786pk,
I have gone through the excel sheet. The applications rejected were due to reasons such as filling of old schedule 3 form, marks not up to 67 pass mark and job experience mismatch with NOC. No rejections occurred after PER.

I am a july applicant and I got an email from LVO 21 Jan requesting explanation for a large deposit put into my account, updated bank statements, military exemption certificate for my husband as well as updated PCC. My question is that in my Schedule A background declaration, I have not put that I was on maternity leave for 6 months. Should I send updated document for background delcaration even though I was not asked for it?

I wouldn't send anything I have not been asked for.

Dear Bas-ant

1.Send them what they have asked.
2. For a large sum , give them justification that you have sold part of your Gold , to show funds as per LVO requirements , as only cash or Cash equivalents are accepted / required by them

Dear Bas,
LVO has raised issues regarding large deposit in your account and have also requested for updated bank statement, military exemption certificate for your husband as well as updated PCC. I am of the opinion that you should clear any issues raised by the visa officer. The large deposit does not matter. What matters is to provide proof/source or explanation of the large deposit in your account and provide only the documents asked for. Cheers.

Was your Proof of fund a heavy one?

It was a sum of AED 60,000 but I had an explanation for it that I had provided and I sent last week with the other required documents. I am actually the main applicant, and I was on 6 months maternity leave (that was unpaid). I actually haven't mentioned the maternity leave as I thought that it is insignificant as there was no change in my employment/ travel status (there was no change with respect to my job and I was still in UAE, where I actually live).

But what if someone calls the company, and ask! it may seem like I have hidden some info!
