London visa office processing times

How long do we think the processing times are going to be for the FSW applications for the London office, post may 4th 2013 applications

It would be roughly 18 to 20 months , on average

I was checking on the Forum and found out that the New Delhi visa office is quite quick compared to other visa office as couple of guys whose files were sent to new delhi , they have been updated as decision made.

today I had a reply again from Paris VO and this time they said that my application is forwarded back to London VO to pursue the Background verification. My medicals was done on April 22nd ,2013, Do you still think I will have chance to get ppr soon or if remedicals were ordered how long it will take to send ppr after?

Anyone with same situation,whats your analysis of the situation ,I do appreciate your responses.
