I am one of the applicant whose application is dealing by Visa Office = RFI in London Visa Office. My time lines are on left. Uptill now my experience is quite poor as after PER no progress regarding further processing of my application and after passing of one year still on waiting end.

Raising 3-CSEs one in april, 2nd in July and 3rd one in October, 1st two response was standard that your application is waiting for review and for 3rd one no reply got uptill now.

We all are in the same boat with no option except to wait patiently.

I am one of the victims as well my time line on the left the update in my case that i sent e-mail to RFI to inquire about the status of my file last week (and this is the first time) the next day I received his reply as:

Thank you for your e-mail

Background checks are currently ongoing on your file. We will be in touch as soon as we have an update for you.

Thats a good inititative.. i suggest to make a whatsapp group also! hope RFI wakes up soon!

My SLU appeared on 26-Aug-2015 like all applicants and TLU appeared on 15-Sep-2015 (We transfered ur file to LVO) but no MR yet! is there anyone else with similar case?

I believe the way RFI is working we might not here anything from him this year .Those who got TLU have still got chance to receive further correspondence by next year but those who only got slu up till now chance seems to be quiet slim of getting further request from RFI regarding their application and there must be some problem with the eligibility in their application .

If what your saying is the case thats mean i have to start losing my hopes and find a backup plans

This is just personal assumption I myself also only got slu updated till now

I think Turn Around Time of RFI from PER to MR is at least 1 year...In my case also he woke up approx. 1 year after and then he again slept. My medicals were received in mid October but since then no update...

The delay in my case seems due to following reasons:
- I am processing through immigration consultant...which is although well known but to me it is one of the worse immigration consultant and normally it delays the process of submission. I have to send the docs to their abu dhabi office, they send it to their Inida HO and then it is sent to LVO....what the heck..
- I lived in 4 countries other than Pakistan and have a travel entry/exit of more than 400 times.
- I have asked for waiver of KSA PCC
- I have asked for extension of 60 days to the actual due date of submission of Bahrain PCC.
- Due to consultant in between, I even cant raise CSE...

Upon submission of the documents, I/my consultant have not received any acknowledgement.


Let us all wait and wait and wait.....I think patience is the key in this process.
