has she been to canada/US in the last 10 Years? Canada Embassy is taking long to process some application, you just have to be patient.

Thanks for responding, no, she has never travelled anywhere else except UK and she's been in UK for 10 years. I will be patient, I do not have any information on the timeline since she is visiting for Christmas we still have time. Its just that she wanted to buy her ticket now before starting school next week to get good deals.
