I also appiled in March 2011, and recieve PER in April, my fuile is transferrd to VO london, and ecas is RBVO still but i don't get any 2nd AOR???, nor my status is changed till thancan any body explain me why?????

I submitted all the Documents, along with my initial appilcation to CIO in March2011 ,,,, according to the new rules,,,,
