London spouse application timeline for pakistani's

My time line is:
Application submitted on 15 April 2009.
Email received to attend interview on 11th July 2009.
Email received regarding interview schedule on 2nd of March 2010.
Interview Scheduled for 15th April 2010.
I know this is ridiculous. I have enquired about interview many times but I received the replies that due to unforeseen reason there is a huge delay in interview queue and it will take 2-3 more months to schedule the interview. Any way Best of Luck and hope for best !!!

My wife submitted the application on 15th of April 2009.
We have received the approval on 10th may or something like that
and CIC-London starts their process in the start of june 2009 and on 14th july 2009 something .... they have acknowledged me to attend interview.

Did they ask u to bring any evidences which prove ur connection with her or wot documents they want from u ? also wht ur wife holds i mean pr card or canadian passport ? All my concern is if a sponsor can visit his or her spouse on a pr card while application is in process.

She is canadian National. In the initial email they have sent me for the interview back in july they have just asked me to bring the evidence of contact to your wife but in the official interview date email they have asked me to these documents.

I received an email from chc london yesterday saying that i need keep waiting cos interview date has yet to be arranged and THEY DON'T KNOW YET anything more about it.they did't give me any info about how long further it's gonna take. WHAT DO U THINK. Did u ever receive any email like this ? . They started processing my application july 2009 , so wt do u fink when they will contact me for interview?

I am not sure when they will call you for interview. Give them at least 3 months since you received the email for interview. Maybe they are also waiting for your security checks from Pakistan. They normally review the application after every 3 months. My file remained in queue for almost 8 months since I received the email for interview. You have received email in December and if you are going with through with the same queue then what I would expect that you might need to wait few more months.
