London processing time

I've noticed for the last few weeks that the London VO UK processing time says "not available at this time"

Has anyone received any information recently from London VO?

My niece applied Dec 18 Biometrics completed from previous application. Eligibility says in progress we will send you a message once we start reviewing your eligibility. Background Check we are processing your background check. We will send a message if we need more information. She is not receiving the code to register status tracker.
Anyone with similar situation?
