London Outland Applicant - PR file sent to Ottawa?

Hello

I recently sent my Common Law Sponsorship to CPC Mississauga. It arrived July 14th. To summarize my situation:

I am born in Canada
My common-law partner, born in NZ and also holds a UK passport
We both live in London, UK and have a son together.

Today I received my Sponsorship Approval which is GREAT. Much sooner than I expected! However, my letter states the following:

You have met the requirements for eligibility as a sponsor. Accordingly, the Application for Permanent
Residence for your relative(s) has been forwarded to a visa office abroad for further processing.

Should you need to submit additional information or make any further enquiries regarding the
Application for Permanent Residence for your relative(s), you may contact the visa office by e-mail,
fax, or in writing as follows:
CPC-Ottawa
CPC-Ottawa, NHQ - Centralized Processing Region
219 Laurier Avenue West
Ottawa ON
K1A 1L1, Canada
E-mail: OttPilot-immigration@cic.gc.ca
Fax number: (613) 946-6059

This visa office was selected based on your relative’s home address and the requirements of the
Immigration and Refugee Protection Act.

I am a bit confused because it was my understanding that while the Sponsorship Approval came from Mississauga, my partners file would be transferred to the London office for the Permanent Resident approval part. But it seems its being managed by Ottawa? Has anyone seen this before? Am I not an outland applicant from London? Would my partners file not be managed by London?

And so..which board should I join? Outland London?

Don't worry you are not the only one going through this! The same thing has happen to me. I'm Canadian living in Scotland sponsoring my partner, and ours has been sent to Ottawa as well instead of London. Pop over to the outland London board there are a couple of us over there going through the same thing!
